ustr?ga: overview
Biografia
ustr?ga is a newly formed duo of Italian improvisers, both living in the SF Bay Area. ustr?ga was born by accident when Ettore and Paolo were left alone for a few hours on May 8th, 2005. Two days later they met again, this time intentionally to record music.
ustr?ga's music is improvised, live recorded and minimally edited. No overdubs. The first work is called rubbil, you can listen mp3 samples from this web and from Ettore's web.
On October 2006 ustr?ga started the rcordings of the new project madongia.
The question mark in the name can be whatever you want but usually it's pronounced as the "e" symbol.
We are actively looking for a label that will distribute our debut album, rubbil, in the traditional CD (or vynil) format.
