Serves 4/5 people.

Ingredients:

  • 350 grams of flour
  • 150 grams of parmasean
  • 4 eggs
  • Pork broth

Instructions:

Mix the flour, parmesean, and eggs until it becomes a somewhat firm like dough. Then cut it into 5 or 6 pieces and leave it aside for about 30 min. Then cut the pasta with a knife into fine pieces and make small irregular shapes then drop them in boiling pork broth for 3-4 minutes. (Normally after you drop the pasta in the broth it rises in those 3-4 minutes and that's how you know it's ready when it's floating to the top of the water).
